Wholesale Ordering Terms & Conditions
Marlo M. Jewelry Design is currently sold exclusively to buyers and
owners of established stores and galleries. The terms outlined below are for
Wholesale Buyers only.
Minimum opening order: $250.00
Minimum re-order: $100.00
First order terms: COD, ProForma or Credit Card only (Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover)
Re-order terms: Terms available OAC (please fax your credit sheet to our accounting department
for approval)
Late payments: Past due invoices are subject to a late fee of
1.5% per month. Turnaround time: Allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Up to 8 weeks for custom designs.
Rush shipment available for an additional fee. Shipping: UPS FOB Seattle Exchanges: Exchanges of stock items are
accepted at any time. Please call for EA number prior to shipping exchange items.
Unauthorized returns for exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Custom or personalized items are not exchangeable unless defective. Returns:
Returns of stock items for full refund are accepted 30 days from receipt of
merchandise. Please call for RA number prior to shipping return items. Unauthorized returns for refund are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Custom or personalized items are not returnable
unless defective. Exchanges only after 30 days.
Special Orders: Special orders for designs based on our designs
are welcome. Just give us a call and let us know what you have in mind!

Personalization: We offer personalization on many of our designs that
feature hand stamped lettering for a nominal fee. Please call for more
information. Custom Design: (Custom = Designs not derived from
existing work) We enjoy creating custom
work for your customers, for your store or catalog. Please call us for more
